Returns & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. In general, unused/unworn garments can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us via email (sales@smadug.com) or phone (+44 75541 77 792) and send the item/s back to this address:

If a product is defective, it may be exchanged for a new product which will be posted to you at no additional charge. Refund/exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to a review of the returned product. 

Please check the size to make sure you get the right size first time round. You might want to consider sending it via recorded delivery, as Smadug cannot take responsibility for any returned items which are undelivered.
